THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY EASY TO FOLLOW
how to prepare birds for the show bench.
Step 1: the first thing to do is to make sure the bird is clean,either spraying or hand
washing the bird.
i spray my birds every other day with a little warm water ,to this i add i teaspoon of glycerine and
rose oil to i litre of warm water and shake well.
i will now explain how to hand wash your birds.
1.IMMERSE THE BIRD SLOWLY IN THE WATER
2.SQUEAZE A LITTLE BABY SHAMPOO ON TO SHAVING
BRUSH.
3.BRUSH INTO THE BIRD,TAKING CARE NOT TO GET SHAMPOO INTO BIRDS MOUTH OR EYES.
4.WHEN THE BIRD IS THOUROUGHLY
WASHED,RINSE OF IN SECOND BOWL OF WATER.
5.THEN RINSE AGAIN IN THIRD DISH OF WARM WATER MAKING SURE THE BIRD IS RINSED
WELL,AS WHEN THE BIRD IS PUT BACK IN STOCK CAGE IT WILL START TO PREEN,AND ANY SHAMPOO LEFT ON YHE BIRD ,IT WILL INGEST IT
AND WILL HAVE UPSET STOMACH.
HAVE SOME CLEAN DRY TOWELS AND DRY OF THE BIRD AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
FINALLY,CLIP
ALL CLAWS AND BEAK,AND MAKE SURE THE FEET ARE CLEAN.
